Welcome Strikers
Strikers FC Current Team Picture is a men's soccer team that was started in 2002 by Jack Ream. The team management responsibilities passed to Bryan Ream, Charles Lewis, and then Trevor Czudak. Strikers made the playoffs 6 times, winning 3 division championships and two runner ups in 8 seasons between '02 and '05. After taking '06 and '07 off for team members to heal and recooperate, the team was reassembled by Charles Lewis and Bryan Ream for the Spring 2008 season, and have made the playoffs the last three seasons, losing in the D5 championship game in Spring '09, 2-1, in the final seconds of overtime and in the D4 semi finals last season Fall '09 in a shoot-out. Jack will be returning as captain this season.
News and Notes
- Strikers battled Blitzkreig to a 0-0 tie during regulation of the Fall '09 semi final, but lose in penalty kicks.
- As you know we have implemented a rotational captain position, with Jack Ream, our team founder, taking over the reigns. Possible return to the glory days???
- Guys if you haven't paid your team fees yet, they are due to Jack NOW. Total is $110. Please check your email for the breakdown and address.
- We have a scrimmage this Sunday, Feb. 7th at 2pm at Audobon. If you can't make it, please let jack know ASAP.
